Ordering My Zune

I had to order another Zune today. My original Zune; my wife looked at and then decided it was something she wanted to have. Being the loving husband that I am, I gave it to her. She's not a gadget kind of person, so it's odd seeing her with the Zune constantly. She listens to music daily, keeps her pictures, and uses it when traveling to entertain the youngest one by showing an episode of SpongeBob.

So that left me in a dilemma, I had to buy another Zune for myself. In addition, my original Zune was black so I wanted a different color than my wife's to make it easy to tell the difference, so I opted for brown.

My search began on the way to work this morning going to retail outlets on the way. First stop was Walmart, where they had Zunes, but only black ones. Second stop was K-Mart, where the sales person's reply was:

"Zune? What's a Zune?"

And no, K-Mart didn't have any there, but I quickly provided the retail sales person an educational session on what the Zune is and what it does.

Once I got to work, I decided to go the online route and my first stop was Amazon.com. Amazon.com was the place for me to buy, not only did they have my brown Zune, the best part was the price was lower than the $249 at the retails outlets. I opted for overnight shipping on my new Zune, and it ended up costing a few cents less than the cost would to get it at the store. If you want to save a few bucks you can opt for longer shipping times.

Now being a two Zune family, I can finally "squirt" my wife. Now why does that just sound not right.
